At Abel Burners, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your burner or oil set isn't quite right for your home, you can return your unused items within 30 days of delivery.

  Ensure the burner is securely placed in its original packaging with all protective inserts to prevent damage to the wood or glass during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix your shipping label and drop the package off at your nearest carrier location; we recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned item, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
